1. General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the immediate digital nature of our educational content, resources, and downloadable materials:

  • All payments made on Dev academy are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once enrollment or purchase is confirmed and access to the course materials is granted, we do not offer full or partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.

2. Subscriptions and Course Access

  • Standard course purchases and subscriptions are valid for one (1) year from the transaction date, unless explicitly stated otherwise or extended at Dev academy’s sole discretion.
  • Non-usage of your account, lack of time, failure to complete the course, or changes in personal circumstances during this one-year period do not qualify you for a refund or term extension.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Billing Errors

  • In the event of an accidental double payment or billing error caused by technical issues during checkout, please notify us immediately at support@devacademy.click.
  • Upon manual verification that an erroneous duplicate charge occurred for the same course on the same account, a refund for the duplicate amount will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Technical and Performance Issues

  • Streaming speed, video resolution, and playback quality depend on your personal hardware, internet service provider, and available bandwidth.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with video resolution, personal device incompatibility, or local internet connectivity problems does not warrant a refund.
