These Terms and Conditions apply to all users (i.e., learners, instructors etc.) of the Platform (devacademy.click). Your access to the Platform is subject to your acceptance of the platform’s terms and conditions. Please take the time to read the Platform’s Terms and conditions completely. If you do not agree with the Terms and conditions, please do not use the platform. You are not obligated to purchase any product or use any Service offered on the Platform.

  • You can register on the Platform for free however, certain Services offered on the Platform may be chargeable. Payment made by the user to purchase the course/item is non-refundable. By purchasing a course, you will only have access to the content available within the course.
  • Your purchase/subscription of the Course is valid for 1 year only, however your subscription may continue beyond 1 year if the Platform allows you.
  • We use third-party payment gateways and/or aggregators to process payments applicable to the Services we provide. Third-Party Service Providers may also charge you fees to use or access their services and may require your Personal Information to complete any transaction for the Platform. Devacademy is not affiliated to any Third-Party Service Provider and neither Devacademy nor any of the Third-Party Service Provider are agents or employees of the other.
  • The resolution and quality of the content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of device you are viewing on, your Internet connection and your bandwidth, which may increase or decrease as you watch. While we strive to provide you with a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantees as to the resolution or quality of the content you view during streaming.
  • Some of the content on the Platform may contain opinions and views. The Platform shall not be responsible for such opinions or any claims arising out of them. Further, the platform makes no warranties or representations with respect to the quality, content, completeness or adequacy of such information and data.
  • Devacademy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, review, edit or delete any Content.
  • Devacademy reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or restrict your access to the Platform if it is found that you do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
    • You agree not to make, transmit or store electronic copies of materials provided by the Platform.
    • You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to Devacademy’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser
    • You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Platform.
    • You may post reviews, comments and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringement of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of spam.
    • You agree not to transmit any material which incites anyone to commit a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise violates any relevant law, regulations or code of practice
    • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to access the Platform. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure at all times, and if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, you agree to immediately change your password or inform us of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password, so that we are able to help you stop or prevent such unauthorized access.
    • You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Platform.
  • The Platform shall have no liability for any loss or damage to electronic equipment or any other hardware and/or software, including loss of data or impact on processing speed, as a result of your use of our products and services.
  • Devacademy reserves the right to offer custom plans and pricing (including discounts and/or special offers) other than what is offered on the Platform, including custom billing and payment terms that are different from our standard terms.
  • Devacademy reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with or without notice at its sole discretion.
